- Short- and mid-term rental booking — furnished rental accommodations available through stay.fengniao.realty across multiple Southern California cities
All real estate brokerage activities are conducted by licensed agents under the California Department of Real Estate.
Rental Bookings
Bookings made through stay.fengniao.realty are subject to the following terms:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
- Rental rates, fees, and availability are subject to change without prior notice
- Guests are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the specific house rules, check-in/check-out times, and cancellation policies provided at the time of booking
- Guests are liable for any damage to the rental property beyond normal wear and tear during their stay
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking or refuse service at our sole discretion if we determine a guest has violated house rules or poses a risk to the property
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms vary by property and booking type. Specific cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable
The Company reserves the right to modify these policies for specific properties or promotional offers.
Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. The Company does not store credit card or banking information on its servers. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date.
Intellectual Property
